30-Point Home Feng Shui Self-Check

A room-by-room diagnostic. Find the 3 biggest issues in under 10 minutes.

Walk through your home room by room. Check each item. The more ✅ you have, the better your feng shui.

Front Door (5 checks)

  1. ☐ Door opens fully (not blocked inside or out)
  2. ☐ Paint is in good condition
  3. ☐ Hinges don't squeak
  4. ☐ No tree/pole directly facing the door
  5. ☐ Inside view isn't a straight line to back window/door

Living Room (5 checks)

  1. ☐ Seating faces each other (communication)
  2. ☐ No one sits with back to the door
  3. ☐ Corners aren't cluttered (energy stagnation)
  4. ☐ TV isn't the dominant focal point
  5. ☐ Plants are healthy (no dead leaves)

Bedroom (5 checks)

  1. ☐ Bed is diagonal from door
  2. ☐ Headboard against solid wall
  3. ☐ No mirror reflects the bed
  4. ☐ No electronics near the head
  5. ☐ Nothing stored under the bed

Kitchen (5 checks)

  1. ☐ Stove is clean and used regularly
  2. ☐ Sink and stove aren't directly opposite
  3. ☐ Refrigerator is full (not empty — empty fridge = empty wealth)
  4. ☐ No broken appliances
  5. ☐ Knives are stored out of sight

Bathroom (5 checks)

  1. ☐ Toilet lid is down when not in use
  2. ☐ Bathroom door is closed
  3. ☐ No mold or leaks
  4. ☐ Mirror is clean and uncracked
  5. ☐ Drain covers are closed (wealth doesn't drain)

Home Office (5 checks)

  1. ☐ Desk is in commanding position
  2. ☐ Back is to a solid wall (not window)
  3. ☐ No active distractions visible
  4. ☐ A plant is on or near the desk
  5. ☐ The space is used daily (unused = stagnant)

Score: 25-30 ✅ = excellent. 15-24 = good, 3 quick fixes will help. Under 15 = start with the bedroom and front door — those have the most impact.
